N4GN spoke with N7NG and W6EU again today at 1215Z. They are now well out into the open sea, and making good progress. They are still planning to be on the air from Scarborough Reef approximately 0200Z, 30 April.
As this bulletin is being written, BS7H/MM is on 14024 kHz, with a very respectable signal into the eastern U.S. Let's hope signals are this good from the reef!
DU9RG reports that the weather forecast for the Scarborough Reef area looks very good for at least the next several days.
